Born in Dalian City of Liaoning Province in 1983, Chen is an exceptionally young emerging talent graduating from the painting department of Beijing Language and Culture University. In celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, there will be a fireworks display over Victoria Harbour starting at 20:00 featuring 23,000 fireworks and lasting approximately 25 minutes. Best views will be from the harbourside at Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Central District, the Mid-levels and Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade.
