The Flight Plan

Despite increasing concerns regarding air travel's impact on global warming, and increasing attempts by individuals and organisations to reduce their carbon footprint, flying remains the most convenient (and often the only practical) way of getting from one country to another, or even around the same country.

Plane speaking

AngloINFO provides information on the airports serving the region. Wherever possible there are links to real- time flight information and other useful facts.

Need to find out what airlines fly into - or out of - the region? You can get that information, in the Airlines, Scheduled Flights & Charter category of The AngloFILE, your local directory of English-speaking businesses and services.

If you're packing in preparation of a trip, be aware of the security measures and baggage restrictions at airports in many destinations worldwide. You can either refer to your airline's own website or have a look at the Airport Hand Baggage Security Rules page - although do remember that each airport (and indeed each check- in desk) may implement these rules slightly differently.

Finally, getting to or from an airport can sometimes feel like the longest and most complicated part of the trip. But to make it easier you can refer to the INFOrmation Page on Bus, Tram & Ferry Services in Hong Kong, and see the Taxis, Shuttle, Transfers & Minibus category of The AngloFILE.

What else?

Keeping up with all the new stuff on AngloINFO is easy - just click here! We've been adding new entries to the AngloFILE just about every day, and there are now over 2,300 listings there! If you want your business added, just follow this link.
