Americans in Hong Kong: Overseas Voting

The absentee ballot: How to register and make your vote from overseas in the US Presidential election.

US citizens living overseas in Hong Kong are eligible to vote by absentee ballot in the General Presidential Elections.

Assistance is readily available from the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) which has complete information and online registration and absentee ballot request forms for the Federal Post Card Application (OFPCA). A toll free number is provided for citizens outside of the US to call for information.
