Voting in the Australian Federal Elections

An Australian citizen in living Hong Kong may register as an overseas elector and vote in Australian national elections.

• Enrolled address can be confirmed (and other election-related information is available) at the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC)

Registering as an Overseas Voter

An Australian enrolled and registered as a voter in Australia may register as an overseas elector if they have been out of the country no more than three years and intend to return within six years.
